Processing Time All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. Custom and handmade special orders require 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7-21 business days after processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging our miniature art pieces. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at ana@aminiatureworldofart.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
